Since its first release in 1972, New Sounds in BRASS (NSB) has continued to release new works annually, leading the evolution of Japanese wind orchestra music through its innovative arrangements of popular songs. The series rearranges international hits, jazz, Latin, rock classics, and beloved Disney film scores into wind ensemble versions. Its scores and CDs have enjoyed enduring popularity not only in Japan but also across the global music scene.
This latest album, conducted by Masamicz Amano, captures a passionate and vivid energy befitting the beginning of a new era for the NSB series. Let us celebrate the rebirth of NSB together!
