Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product (including weekends and holidays).
Items must be in brand-new condition, with complete packaging (including accessories, gifts, tags, and original box) and no signs of use.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product has been opened and cannot be resold
Personal hygiene items that have been used
Requests made after the 7-day period

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Once confirmed, securely pack the items and ship them to:

After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes
Return Shipping Fee: If the return is due to product defects or our shipping error, we will cover the shipping cost. For personal reasons, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
Please use a trackable shipping method (such as courier or registered mail) to avoid loss.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
